The Sparta Village Council voted 6-1 on April 20 to approve Resolution 26-03 denying an application from Storage Control Systems, Inc. The decision followed a public hearing that opened at 6:31 p.m. and closed at 6:54 p.m., during which Jim Shafer, Allison Shafer and an attorney for Storage Control spoke to the council.
