At its May 8 meeting the Village of Springport Council unanimously adopted Resolution 25-5 declaring the villages official intent to reimburse expenditures with future bond proceeds; the motion passed 5-0 with two members absent.

President Barnette presided as the Village of Springport Council adopted Resolution 25-5, "Resolution to Declare Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures with Bond Proceeds," during the councils May 8, 2025 meeting. The motion was made by J. Bartley and seconded by Cavazos.
