At the May 13, 2026 meeting, Kevin Eagan of 13 Walker Road described an ANR (Approval Not Required) plan to transfer 43 feet of frontage from his 13 Walker parcel to the adjacent 9 Walker parcel so 9 Walker would meet the town's 150-foot frontage requirement.
