Board approves routine claims, personnel actions and an appointment

The Des Moines County Board of Supervisors approved accounts‑payable and payroll claims, a resolution on outstanding checks, personnel step increases and a new hire for the correctional center, and appointed Tom Williams to a three‑year term for the Burlington North Bottoms Levy and Drains District.
