Warren County Commissioners opened bids for the Spring Creek Community Park Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project during a special work session on June 29, 2026, at 204 Fourth Ave., Warren. Josh Cotton said the county received three design/engineering bids and listed bidders and amounts.
