A motion to nominate Jeff Koll to the Board of Adjustments to replace Gary Veprovsky failed on Feb. 17, 2026, after a split roll-call vote. Commissioner Russ Karpisek moved to nominate Koll, seconded by Commissioner Brian Pribyl; the recorded vote was Karpisek yes, Pribyl yes, Ray Rohrig no and Chair Stephanie A. Krivohlavek no, with Commissioner Phil Hardenburger absent, resulting in the motion’s failure.
