Deephaven planning commission recommends approval of multiple variances and conditional use permits
At its April 21 meeting the Deephaven Planning Commission recommended City Council approval of several variances and conditional use permits, including sign work at 3610 County Road 101, multiple residential setback and hardcover variances, and an addition at 20445 Park Place; votes were unanimous on most items with a 5-2 split on one lakeshore variance.
