De Soto planning panel recommends rezoning 103-acre site at Maple Ridge and U.S. 169
The De Soto Planning & Zoning Commission voted 3-0 on April 20 to recommend that the City Council approve a rezoning request from Scott Fulkerson/Construction Development LLC for about 103 acres at Maple Ridge and U.S. Highway 169, changing the site from A-1 agricultural to industrial designations. The recommendation will be considered by the City Council.
