DDA outlines development plan for Chamberlain Path area; board backs presentation and seeks updates
The DDA presented a plan to develop the western portion of Chamberlain Path property by Village Hall; the Parks and Recreation Board reviewed and approved the presentation and urged DDA to keep the board informed as it moves to present the plan to the Village Council. The board also decided to proceed with a planned rain garden despite supply challenges.

The Downtown Development Authority presented a proposal to develop the western portion of the Chamberlain Path property adjacent to the Village Hall, and the Parks and Recreation Board reviewed and approved the presentation for forwarding to the Village Council. Jim Dygas presented the plan on behalf of the DDA and emphasized the area west of the previously approved rain garden as the principal focus.
