Maynard School Committee completes reorganization and approves administrative items

Nominations were opened for committee leadership. A nomination for Sasha to serve as chair was made and members nominated Mara Hogan for vice chair. Members also discussed subcommittee assignments and liaison appointments for the coming year and agreed to circulate a sign-up spreadsheet for confirmations.
The committee reviewed and agreed to finalize FY25 operating principles; members authorized staff to sign and to use the committee signature stamp. The motion to authorize Colleen Andrade to use the signature stamp for the FY25 operating-principles document was moved and passed without objection.
The committee approved meeting minutes from March 14 and March 27, 2024 (with edits) and approved current warrants as presented. The chair moved to adjourn at the end of the scheduled business and members voted in favor.
