Commissioners asked staff to solicit multiple written quotes, clarify whether mobilization and furniture-moving costs were included in vendor quotes, and return with more detailed scope and square-footage information if needed before awarding a contract.
The board did not set a contract award at the meeting; staff will return recommended bid documents and a scope of work for the board to consider.
