Darien — At a city work session on Sept. 15, 2025, visitor Augustus Skeen presented a resolution proposing term limits for elected city officials, according to the work-session minutes. The meeting opened at 5:30 p.m. in the David Bluestein Meeting Room at City Hall and adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
