Glen Kernusky, a Hanscom Air Force Base representative, told the Hanscom Area Towns Committee on Sept. 17 that Hanscom is operating in Phase 2C of its reopening plan, with a near-maximum amount of staff telecommuting and only limited in-person services such as barber shops and auto repair operating on site.
