Committee approves Woodruff hotel and employee housing permit with added berm/fence condition
The Oneida County Planning and Development Committee approved a conditional use permit for Jayjeet Govardhan (Laxmi Holdings LLC) to build a hotel and employee housing in the Town of Woodruff, adopting 12 conditions (including a maximum building height of 44'6¾" and an added Condition #12 requiring a berm with vegetation or a fence along the west boundary). A public commenter spoke; the motion passed unanimously.
