River Ridge schedules Aug. 27 hearing to adopt FY2025 budget; five-year CIP updated
The Board confirmed an Aug. 27, 2024 budget adoption hearing for FY2025 and discussed an updated five-year Capital Improvement Plan, potential transfers into cash sweep accounts, guardhouse design and other upcoming projects; staff will provide periodic updates on major projects.

Cleo Adams, District Manager, reviewed monthly key activity dates and said management has created a management template for goals, objectives and annual reporting to be used across clients. Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal presented an updated five-year Capital Improvement Plan and the Board discussed design and permitting for proposed guardhouses, possible fund transfers into cash sweep accounts, a well and a traffic-hawk traffic-calming device as potential capital projects.
