Village Manager Saylors told the Springport Village Council at its Jan. 7 workshop that the M‑99 Project is planned for spring 2026 and that staff has received the final analysis page from the MRWA rate study review. Manager Saylors also said Great Lakes Water Operations will provide OIC (operator-in-charge) services for the village's water system, and that she is preparing the USDA annual report.
