- RESOLUTION NO. 2024-65: Approve and authorize execution of a Support Agreement between Webster County and the City of Fort Dodge. Vote: Ayes — Campbell, Carlson, Conrad, Hayek, Thode; Nays — None.
- RESOLUTION NO. 2024-61: Transfer $1,605,417 from Rural Basic to Secondary Roads. Vote: Ayes recorded unanimously.
- RESOLUTION NO. 2024-62: Transfer $318,375 from General Basic to Secondary Roads. Vote: Ayes recorded unanimously.

- Approve purchase of four truck chassis from Rees Truck and Trailer for $643,735.36 and upfitting by Hiway Truck Equipment for $632,804.00.
- Approve and authorize Chair to sign final pay vouchers for projects L-680705—73-94; L-090959—73-94; STBG-SWAP-C094(134)--FG-94.
OTHER FORMAL MOTIONS
- Accept resignations from the Public Health Board effective Dec. 31, 2024 for Dr. David Ilceski; Mark Campbell; Nick Carlson; Linda Opheim.
- Minutes record approval of appointments effective Jan. 1, 2025 for Erika Hout, ARNP (Medical Director); Austin Hayek (Board of Supervisor); Mitch Lewis and Nici George to the Public Health Board (minutes show approval though agenda item #14 had been removed earlier in the meeting).
- Authorize Chair to sign 2024 Burne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fort Dodge.
- Move into and out of closed session under Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate; minutes state no action taken while in closed session.
