Hibbs noted the three‑day swim program is currently priced at $276 and said staff is proposing an additional two‑day option to provide a more affordable alternative for residents.
Chris Vaseline (speaker 14) explained a 3.1% automatic adjustment to the school impact fee based on the Consumer Price Index for the Seattle‑Tacoma‑Bellevue area; the change was implemented administratively on April 1 and this resolution brings paperwork into alignment with permit pricing.
A council motion to approve Resolution 1879 passed. Staff said they will continue to coordinate with the school district regarding impact fee calculations and will review capital facilities plans once approved by the school board this summer.
