At the start of its July 1 session the Planning Board took up a continued public hearing for the Clark's Falls preliminary-plan application (an 82-bedroom townhouse development under a comprehensive-permit/major land development filing). The applicant's attorney submitted a letter dated June 29 asking the board to continue the hearing to Sept. 2 and to extend the time to decide to Sept. 16; the board made and seconded a motion to continue and recorded the motion as carried.
