Administrator Ron Barger reviewed the county's 2026 Strategic Plan goals and asked the Executive & Finance Committee for input on staff surveys, telling members he reaches out to department heads if exit-interview trends emerge. Members suggested working with UW Extension, keeping surveys short and returning sample surveys for committee review. Barger said HR reports a 99% completion rate for exit interviews.
