Garrison Commander Colonel Lopez briefed the Rosepine Town Council on the Army Reconstruction Initiative on July 16 and introduced Laurel Stone, director of public affairs for the garrison, and Chuck Cannon of the public affairs office. Mayor Donna W. Duvall opened the meeting by welcoming attendees and expressing gratitude for the town’s Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) with Fort Johnson.
