High-school energy study: quick operational fixes could save $40,000 annually; full electrification costs vary by approach

CAPC reviewed a comprehensive High School energy assessment that identified operational recalibration measures expected to save about $40,000 per year and provided high-level estimates for electrification: ground-source heat pumps ~ $50 million, air-source ~ $20 million, air-to-water ~ $25 million.
