The March 5, 2026 Scott City Council meeting included a set of presentations and recognitions. Mayor Jan Richard presented the 'State of Scott' (the minutes note the presentation is available on the city website). Two Vision Class groups presented student projects: Vision Class I (Brun Lavergne and Michelle Jaqua) on the future of L. Leo Judice Elementary School, and Vision Class II (Daniel Noel) on geofencing. The minutes record both presentations and note no council action was taken on either project.
