The Hardin County Commissioners Court on June 23 approved Change Order No.1 for $470,790 to address unanticipated pipe damage discovered during closed-circuit television inspection of culverts on the Silsbee roadside ditch and channel improvements project (GLO contract 24-065-065-E596, Regional CDBG MitMod). The work is required to prepare pipe runs for a cured-in-place lining process; the additional work was described as necessary to restore structural integrity before lining.
