Mayor Gregory Wingo told the council that he is considering establishing a committee to update Houston's Comprehensive Plan and that Councilwoman Robin Adkins will serve on the group. He said he will contact the town engineer to obtain a quote to revise mapping and zoning and will reach out to "U of D" to request a meeting with the council.
