The Village of Mattawan Planning Commission approved a site plan submitted by the Antwerp Township Mattawan Fire Department for the property at 55697 N. Main Street during its Aug. 20, 2025 meeting. Chair Clint Fournier confirmed that "all requirements for the site plan and application were met," and the commission voted to approve the plan by voice vote.
