At its May 4 meeting the Chester Select Board reorganized its leadership, appointing Select Board member Brian Forgue as chair and Jill Strong as vice chair, and awarded the Franklin Hamilton scholarship to two applicants and the Theodore Steinhardt scholarship to Michael Whitaker.
