The Manchester City Committee of the Whole advanced Resolution 26, approving contracting, performance and payment bonds for the Anderson Street improvement project. Staff told the committee the contract had been awarded to Eastern Eastern Iowa and the contractor submitted the required bonds, clearing the way for council approval of the contract.
