Jackson County board agrees to multiple citizen committee appointments

During the June 11, 2026 Board of Commissioners staff meeting, Commissioner Rick Dyer presented recommended appointments and reappointments to several citizen advisory committees. The board agreed to appoint or reappoint the following (as recorded in the minutes): April Sevcik to the Jackson County Budget Committee; Dr. Alan Bender, Ali DiPour, and David Meador to the Airport Advisory Committee; Ted Birdseye, Dave Dotterrer, and Dr. Howard Miller to the Animal Services Advisory Committee; Maureen McNulty-Hayes to the County Wolf Advisory Committee; Jack Adkins, Justin Hon, Tiffany Atkinson, Kiki Parker-Rose, Nick Reiten, Dan Cano, and Benjamin Spence to the Local Alcohol and Drug Planning Committee; Stacy Fields, Fredric Berger, and Danielle Khieu to the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee; Tina Grimes and Richard Thomas to the County Roads Advisory Committee; Bruce Philbrick and Jenifer Stuber to the Regional Disposal Site Advisory Committee; Steve Gies, Donna Lane, and Richard Thomas to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee; and Milan Hanson to the Board of the Housing Authority of Jackson County. The recording secretary will prepare the Orders for approval at a future Board meeting.
