Walton County workshop reviews draft strategic plan, asks commissioners to pick priority action items
County staff presented draft core values and six strategic priority areas derived from a 2022 process and a public survey of 519 respondents, and asked commissioners to identify up to three action items per area. Staff will return a draft plan Aug. 11, with final approval targeted Sept. 8 and implementation Oct. 1.
