The Emmet County Board of Supervisors voted on June 23 to set a public hearing on drainage districts ECD 61 and ECD 61 Br 61 for 9 a.m. on July 28. Supervisor Jeff Quastad moved the hearing be set as a joint call with Dickinson and Clay counties; Supervisor John Pluth seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded in the minutes: Schumacher-aye; Glasnapp-aye; Pluth-aye; Quastad-aye; Hansen-aye.
