The Improvement and Services Committee on July 1 recommended approval of a transportation project plat for Pattywood Lane, authorized staff-level contract award authority for two street-reconstruction bids, and granted licenses to two sidewalk/construction firms; all actions were passed by voice vote and will be sent to the common council.
