Coffee County approves RFP for airport utility feasibility study to ready industrial site
Commissioners authorized an RFP for professional engineering services to perform a utility feasibility analysis for the Coffee County Airport industrial area (working title suggested: Runway 75 Commerce Park); goal is to assess water, sewer, electric, broadband and natural gas needs and estimate costs to make the site shovel‑ready. Proposals are due July 24, 2026.
