The River Ridge Community Development District appointed resident Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1 and adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect district officers, including Bob Schultz as chair; Mrs. Adams administered the Oath of Office and staff reviewed ethics and Sunshine Law obligations.

The River Ridge Community Development District unanimously appointed longtime resident Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1 (term expires November 2026) during its Oct. 22, 2024 meeting. Chair Bob Schultz nominated Merrill and the motion, seconded by Robert Twombly, passed with all in favor.
