At the July 18 meeting, TJ Helfferich, president of the Chelsea District Library Board of Trustees, introduced Trustee Jan Carr and Library Director Lori Coryell, who together with Communications Coordinator Virginia Kreuger provided an overview of a planned Mobile CDL program.
