At the July 18 meeting the council approved joining the Washtenaw Urban County MOU, an amendment to the Human Rights Commission bylaws, a new social media program and policy changes, multiple land‑use items (Lincoln Pointe cluster plan, Stafford rezoning, Westchester PUD authorization, Collins at the Clocktower special use) and a security camera procurement not to exceed $72,941.85. One council member recused on Collins.
