Chelsea’s City Council voted Dec. 19 to approve a capacity transaction outlined in a third amendment to the city’s Power Purchase Commitment (PPC) related to the Invenergy Calhoun Solar Power Purchase Agreement and to authorize the City Manager to sign the amendment on the city's behalf.
