Zoning administrator conditionally approves general office at 88 Belvedere Street in San Rafael

Acting zoning administrator Renee approved a conditional use permit Feb. 4 to allow a general office (tax preparation, fingerprinting, insurance and notary services) at 88 Belvedere St., Suite 208; the project was found exempt from CEQA and is appealable within five days.
