Planning commission approves Sandy Lakes rezoning with school-buffer condition
The Pasco County Planning Commission voted Feb. 19 to recommend approval of a rezoning for the Sandy Lakes Development Corporation, adding language to require a 150-foot setback adjacent to a school board property and coordination on site access with the school district.
