Wasco County approves five-year collocation IGA with QualityLife Network at Berwyn Data Center
The Board approved a five-year Intergovernmental Agreement allowing QualityLife Network to colocate equipment in the Berwyn Data Center, adding a backup site to improve regional network resilience. QLife will pay collocation and power fees and reimburse utilities; authorization to sign is pending final insurance review.

Wasco County commissioners voted unanimously June 3 to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with QualityLife Network (QLife) to provide collocation rack space and backup site services at the county’s Berwyn Data Center. The initial term begins June 1, 2026, for five years with annual renewals thereafter as provided by the agreement.
