Select Board approves CMP pole replacement on Parmenter Hill Road
At a Feb. 3 joint meeting, the China Select Board approved a Central Maine Power permit to replace Pole 6 on Parmenter Hill Road. The motion passed 4-0; the meeting also included a municipal budget presentation and other routine business.

Chair Wayne Chadwick said the joint China Select Board and Budget Committee approved a Central Maine Power pole replacement permit for Pole 6 on Parmenter Hill Road during the meeting on Feb. 3, 2025. The motion was made by Blane Casey and seconded by Edwin Bailey; the board recorded Ayes 4, Nays 0.
