The Mapleton Local School District Board of Education approved a resolution on Sept. 9 authorizing a settlement agreement to resolve A.S., as parent and guardian of Jane Doe, a minor v. Mapleton Local School District, et al., Case No. 1:24-cv-00756-JPC, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
