Mapleton Local board accepts September financial report, approves FY25 activity budgets

In a unanimous vote, the board approved the district’s September financial report as presented and then approved the Activity Statements of Purpose and Budgets for fiscal year 2025. Board member Mindy Scurlock moved to accept the financial report; the motion was seconded by Vince Hartzler and carried with all five members voting yes.
Board members did not request separate discussion on the financial materials at the meeting. The approvals were presented under routine business and were included in the meeting’s consent actions.
Next steps: The district will proceed with FY25 activity budgets as approved; no further board action on the September report was scheduled at the meeting.
