The Scott County Planning Commission on June 8 recommended approval of the Rockland Second Edition preliminary and final plat (10.5 acres) and a conditional-use permit amendment for Ace Auto Rockland LLC to expand parking and outdoor-sales area, subject to conditions including a positive wetland delineation review, stormwater pretreatment/infiltration controls and recorded easement/maintenance agreements.
