The Town of Ludlow Board of Health on Oct. 8 unanimously approved several backyard chicken permit increases, approved a post‑installation Local Upgrade Approval for a Warwick Drive septic system and issued a warning to the installer for beginning work before the Board’s plan approval. The board also appointed a Title V contractor to serve as a backup for shared services.
