Swisher adopts sewer billing changes, approves major pay application and small change order
The council adopted code changes to bill multi-family units per dwelling, approved a $291,480.20 pay application to Dave Schmitt Construction for the Sanitary Sewer Project and approved a $25,930.16 AccuJet contract to televise sewer regions; Change Order #3 added $1,225.02 to the project total.
