Adrian staff report progress on three grants; commission sets CDBG public hearing
Acting City Administrator Will Sadler told the commission the downtown public-amenities grant ($75,000), a MISTA $400,000 home-improvement program and a larger home-improvement grant (revised from $1.5M to about $1.0M) are moving forward; the commission adopted Resolution R26-056 to set a public hearing on a CDBG application and staff said a July 13 hearing will support a July 15 application deadline.
