Denton board adopts Nebraska Basic Code of Ordinances, 2025
The Village of Denton Board of Trustees unanimously adopted Ordinance 26-3-1 to replace prior local ordinances by adopting the Nebraska Basic Code of Ordinances, 2025, after waiving the statutory three-reading requirement. Trustees voted to make the code effective immediately.
