At a July 30 special meeting, the Spring Grove City Council unanimously approved Resolution 25-34 (a taxable GO note), Resolution 25-35 (a loan resolution and security agreement) and Resolution 25-33 approving a gambling premises permit application for the Spring Grove Fire Department pending state approval.
