Avon Plan Commission elects officers, approves minutes and completes annual training
At its Feb. 23 meeting the commission elected Kathryn Ransburg as President and Paul Guckenberger as Vice President (motions passed 5-0), approved December 22, 2025 minutes, and received annual training from legal counsel Dan Taylor before adjourning at 10:20 p.m.

The Avon Advisory Plan Commission opened its Feb. 23 meeting at 6:30 p.m. and recorded attendance, noting Kathryn Ransburg as President and Paul Guckenberger as Vice President among present members. Commissioner Bill Reed nominated Kathryn Ransburg for President; the nomination was seconded by Commissioner Jennifer Spencer and passed 5-0. P. Guckenberger was nominated and elected Vice President; the commission also nominated Guckenberger as the Board of Zoning Appeals appointee.
